The Biggest Loser '06???

The Biggest Loser marathon was on yesterday.  I watched some of it and I'm so inspired.  As most of you know I'm quite the gym bunny but I'm hitting it harder and being more serious about getting healthy.  I'm attempting 1000 calories a day or less and cutting out most sugar...oh I'm not going to be in the best mood.  I apologize in advance.

I'm looking thru old pics and cracking up.  I makes me lonely for my youth....plus, each pic has so many memories.  The Counting Crowes said it best in "Mrs. Potter's Lullaby" -- "the price of a memory is the memory of the sorrow it brings"

Enough phiosophing...

happy New Year Everybody.  My Mississippi folks can tell you it's bright, sunshiny, and like spring.  I was in shorts and a tee yesterday and the same now, except I have on a longed sleeve tee.  I've been working out.

Giff - Happy New Year.  Sorry you had to spend so much family time.  I'm severely depressed and need to be medicated because of the holidays and family.
